Matt Williams is the founder of Better Training and leads all programme design and facilitation. He develops practical leadership and safety training for complex workplaces, with a focus on clarity, accountability, and real-world application.
Matt also delivers keynote presentations for conferences and leadership events across New Zealand. His speaking focuses on closing the gap between knowing and doing by helping leaders apply insight in real workplace moments. Better Training operates as a small, focused consultancy, allowing programmes to stay consistent, practical, and closely aligned with client needs. |
